CEC members should be receiving their voting packets in the mail soon, if you haven’t already. Please do NOT bring your ballot to CEC and do NOT mail your ballot to CEC. The ballot packets came with a postage-paid, pre-addressed envelope (Survey & Ballot Systems, PO Box 46430, Eden Prairie, MN 55344). Envelopes must be received at the aforementioned address no later than May 26, 2020.
Members can vote online instead by following the directions in the voting packet. You will need your member number and election passcode to vote online at directvote.net/CECAL. You must choose one method to vote, either by mail or online, but PLEASE follow the directions in the packets. Online voting ends at 4:30 PM CT, on May 26, 2020.
