Electrical Safety for Emergency Responders
CEC representatives will conduct the Electrical Safety For Emergency Responders program upon request.
Participants will gain valuable knowledge to help keep themselves, and others, safe around power lines when providing assistance during emergency situations.
Firefighters and EMS personnel respond to a wide variety of dangerous and life-threatening situations. The Electrical Safety For Emergency Responders program helps to describe some basic characteristics of electricity and also shares information to first responders to help recognize hazards related to accidents involving CEC utilities.
