Covington Electric Cooperative, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Specialist (Enterprise Office) Under direction of the Warehouse Stores/Purchasing Manager, stores and issues line materials, equipment, merchandise for resale, tools and safety equipment in a warehouse or storeroom.

Applicants wishing to apply should meet the following minimum requirements:  High school education or its equivalent with additional courses/knowledge in data processing and one to three years’ experience in inventory control/warehouse procedures or an appropriate combination of education, training, and experience; must have valid Alabama driver’s license; must be certified forklift operator or be able to obtain certification; must possess effective written and verbal communication skills and be able to establish priorities and work without close supervision; must be proficient in Microsoft Office computer programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and other job-related software as required; must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends in emergency situations or as required; must be willing to participate in special training programs/classes as requested; must be willing to carry/wear cell phone and respond when called.
