The Buzz app is no longer in use, as it was offered through our previous billing system. All Buzz Broadband customers should delete the Buzz app as it is no longer functional.
Important Reminder: Buzz customers have a new account number as of June 2024. This change was necessary to convert our old billing system to a new one to help improve efficiency and customer service. The new Buzz account number is the last six digits on your bill. If you have more than one account, please call us to receive your new account numbers at 833-399-2899 during regular business hours.
