CEC is eager to serve our members with fast reliable fiber internet from Buzz Broadband. We currently have more than 5,600 Buzz customers and we’re adding dozens more every week. The main build out of our top-notch network is almost complete, and that means we’re one step closer to having Buzz available to CEC member who wants it.
We understand it can be frustrating waiting for your install to be scheduled, especially after you’ve received the email stating that Buzz Broadband is now available in your area. We want to be as transparent as possible about some of the delays we’re experiencing and we can’t express enough how grateful we are for your patience. There are still some areas where pole change-outs are necessary to meet the required clearance over highways, and there are many homes that require a fiber drop to be put underground which takes more time compared to an overhead drop for service.
