The build out of our top notch network is still under construction in some areas, and we continue to face obstacles such as material and labor shortages coupled with high demand for service. We understand it can be frustrating waiting for your install to be scheduled, especially after you’ve received the email stating that Buzz Broadband is now available in your area. We want to be as transparent as possible about some of the delays we’re experiencing and we can’t express enough how grateful we are for your patience. There are still some areas where pole change-outs are necessary to meet the required clearance over highways, and there are many homes that require a fiber drop to be put underground which takes more time compared to an overhead drop for service. These circumstances, along with the other challenges mentioned above, have impacted our projected schedule for service availability. However, we’re doing everything we can to overcome these hurdles and get Buzz to every CEC home that wants it.
