IMPORTANT NOTICE:

H2O Water Heater Participants: PowerSouth has initiated a peak shaving event for CEC members with load control devices on their water heaters. It will take place on Feb. 1 from 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM. Members who signed up to participate in the H2O program received a discounted water heater at the time of purchase and understand the benefit of this program which is to help shave power consumption during high peak demand periods. The H2O participants should have adequate hot water stored in their tanks for normal usage during this time. We appreciate the cooperation of our H2O participants during this peak shaving event. Thank you.

Report a Power Outage

CEC members should call 1-800-239-1193 to report a power outage or you can report outages using the free Covington Connect app for Android (download here). If you have an iPhone, you can download the CEC Connect app (download here).

If you are not calling from the outage location, please remain on the line and provide a detailed message regarding the outage.

Please do not use email or social media to report a power outage. It is always best to call 1-800-239-1193 or use the app. To use the CEC Connect app, simply open the app and click on Report Outage, then follow the prompts.
